Qualifications:
- Active Colorado SLP License and CDE certification required
- Experience or interest in school-based speech-language practice preferred
- Collaborative mindset to work with paraprofessionals, educators, and families
- Passion for supporting students with affective needs
- Strong communication skills and adaptability to dynamic school settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services tailored to individual student goals
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and track student progress
- Collaborate closely with paraprofessionals and classroom staff
- Provide consultation and support to teachers and families as needed
- Maintain detailed records in compliance with state and district policies
