Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Littleton, Colorado
Step into a rewarding role providing speech-language pathology services to school-aged students for the 2026-2027 academic year. This contract opportunity involves working up to 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, within the greater Golden and Evergreen regions near Denver. You’ll be supporting a dynamic caseload in a flexible, team-based environment that uses a workload model, ensuring collaboration and shared success. Your expertise will help guide students of varying needs and abilities, making a meaningful impact throughout the school year.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license (or eligibility to obtain/in process)
- ASHA CCC certification preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates will also be considered
- Prior experience working in pediatric or school settings is advantageous
- Adaptable to serving a range of ages and diverse disabilities
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, diagnostics, and direct therapy in accordance with student IEPs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, adapting as needs evolve
- Deliver services across various schools and grade levels depending on district needs
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to drive student progress
- Maintain accurate, confidential documentation and participate in IEP meetings
In this role, flexibility is essential, as assignments may vary by location and student age group based on district requirements.
