Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Golden, CO

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) welcomed, or a Clinical Fellow (CFY) with relevant pediatric or school-based experience
- Experience supporting children from diverse backgrounds in individual and group settings
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff consultations, and parent conferences
- Provide skills training and support tools to teachers and families
- Stay current with best practices in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
