Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Golden, Colorado
Experience a rewarding opportunity supporting students in a dynamic educational environment for the upcoming academic year! We're seeking dedicated Speech Language Pathologists to provide exceptional services to students across various school and center-based settings. This contract position begins in August 2026 and continues through May 2027, working weekdays for 35 to 37.5 hours per week.
Multiple positions are available, ranging from elementary to high school, as well as specialized support needs centers and a traveling role for expanded experience. You'll help empower students of diverse ages and abilities, working alongside an experienced team using a supportive workload model.
Qualifications:
- Active or in-process Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license
- ASHA certification (CFY candidates also welcome)
- Experience in pediatrics and school-based settings strongly preferred
- Skills in assessment, intervention, and collaboration with education teams
- Passion for supporting students with a wide range of communication needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech/language therapy for students with varying disabilities
- Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEP goals, and document progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families
- Serve students in elementary, middle, high school, and specialized classroom settings based on position
- Manage assigned caseload effectively under a workload model
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary support plans
