Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students with a diverse range of communication needs for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year near Arvada, Colorado. Up to seven Speech Language Pathologist positions are available across elementary, middle, high school settings, and specialized SSN and AN Centers, as well as a flexible traveling position. These roles allow you to focus on meaningful pediatric work within collaborative educational teams, using a workload model adapted to student needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Current CDE license (applications in process also welcomed)
  • ASHA certification; clinical fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
  • Experience with school-based pediatric caseloads is preferred
  • Flexibility to work in varied settings, including specialized centers and mainstream classrooms
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
  • Commitment to individualized, student-centered practice

Responsibilities:

  • Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for students with diverse speech-language needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and document progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
  • Deliver both direct and consultative services to students enrolled in SSN and AN Centers, as well as general education settings
  • Contribute expertise in a dynamic environment where caseloads are tailored by workload, not a set number
  • Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and staff consultation
  • Maintain accurate, timely records compliant with district and state requirements
