Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Virginia SLP License required
- Completion of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (CFY candidates welcome)
- Experience in school, pediatric, or healthcare SLP settings strongly preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to supporting diverse student needs and fostering positive outcomes
Position Duties:
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and implement therapy for students with communication disorders
- Maintain clear documentation and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
- Provide group and individual interventions per student plans
- Ensure compliance with state and district policies for school-based SLP services
