Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state license as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; will consider CFY applicants
- Previous experience working with pediatric or school populations is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to organize and manage a varied caseload effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in groups
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments and progress reports
- Consult with teachers, parents, and related service providers to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Stay current with best practices and develop professionally through ongoing learning
