Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Chicago Ridge, IL

This assignment runs from October 19, 2026, through January 11, 2027, with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 3:15 pm (30-minute unpaid lunch), totaling 33.75 hours per week. Qualifications:
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Illinois SLP licensure in good standing (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working with elementary student populations preferred
- Familiarity with educational IEPs and implementing speech therapy services in a school setting
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Capacity to adapt to a new environment and manage a diverse caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to 2nd-5th grade students as part of their IEPs
- Conduct screenings and ongoing assessments to monitor student progress
- Develop and document treatment plans, goals, and interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Consult on strategies and accommodations to facilitate improved student outcomes
- Maintain timely records and participate in IEP meetings as required
