Speech and Language Pathologist in Tinley Park, IL

Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Communicative Disorders or a closely related field
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Illinois

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams
