Key Qualifications:
- Active or eligible SLP-CCC, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience or training in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
- Proficient with a range of communication disorders and therapy strategies
- Skilled at developing and implementing IEPs
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and parents
Responsibilities:
- Provide engaging speech and language therapy to elementary and K-12 students
- Develop individualized educational plans to address students' communication goals
- Maintain thorough documentation for direct and indirect services (all hours paid)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support student progress
- Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and school activities as appropriate
- Monitor and document student improvement, adjust strategies as needed
