Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Aurora, Illinois

In this part-time role (2-3 days per week), you’ll work with PreK through 2nd grade students, helping to shape a more inclusive and supportive academic experience for young learners with diverse communication needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech and language support
- Partner closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families to foster inclusive classroom environments
- Regularly monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies to maximize outcomes
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy tailored to each child’s unique goals
- Utilize your expertise in pediatric and school-based services to create positive change
- Leverage teletherapy skills as needed to ensure all students can access quality support
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid state certification as a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP, CFY, or SLPA considered)
- Previous experience in school settings or working with pediatric populations
- Background or confidence in teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Demonstrated commitment to collaboration, flexibility, and family engagement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
