School Speech-Language Pathologist (grades 6-12)

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to work with middle and high school students in Chester, PA.
Details below:
- This is a contract position for the 26-27 school year
- Work hours are from 7:15 AM to 4 PM
- Applicants will be covering several sites, and need to have access to a reliable personal vehicle
Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly, W2 pay of $50 to $57/hr
- Health, vision and dental insurance
- Employer-matched 401(k)
Requirements:
- Pennsylvania SLP license
- Education Specialist certificate for SLPs, issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Education
- 1+ years of experience in school settings strongly preferred
As a school-based SLP, you will:
- Assess students on their speech and language needs.
- Participate in eligibility meetings
- Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions for students
- Develop individualized education plans and present them to parents, school administrators, and others involved with student evaluations.
- Maintain accurate records for all students on the caseload.

- Solid organization
- Up-to-date knowledge of Pennsylvania Special Education procedures and best practices for SLPs in school settings
