Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)
- Valid Pennsylvania SLP license and certification
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Experience with K-5 populations and diverse speech/language needs
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 55 students
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with speech evaluations and IEP development
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to K-5th grade students in alignment with IEP requirements
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Write and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student success plans
