Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Canonsburg, PA

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFYs considered
- Previous experience providing speech and language services in school settings highly regarded
- Ability to conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations
Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic assessments and offer speech and language therapy to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student development
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes compliant with school and state requirements
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and IEP team processes
- Educate and consult with staff and parents regarding students’ speech and language needs
- Use evidence-based practices and innovative therapies to foster student growth
