- Comfortable working with diverse student populations, including those with varying speech, language, and communication needs
- Skilled in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals and school policies
- Conducting assessments, documenting progress, and maintaining records per state and district requirements
- Collaborating closely with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Supporting and guiding students in the development of their communication and social skills
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary teams as needed
