Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state licensure or eligibility in Connecticut
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
  • Experience with school-based therapy preferred
  • Comfortable with teletherapy service delivery
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse elementary caseload, conducting assessments and individualized therapy sessions
  • Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
  • Communicate progress with families and educational staff
  • Stay current with evidence-based practices and participate in ongoing professional development
