Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure or eligibility in Connecticut
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
- Experience with school-based therapy preferred
- Comfortable with teletherapy service delivery
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse elementary caseload, conducting assessments and individualized therapy sessions
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Communicate progress with families and educational staff
- Stay current with evidence-based practices and participate in ongoing professional development
