What you’ll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active or eligible SLP state licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or eligibility.
- Experience with school-aged populations (elementary focus preferred).
- Teletherapy skills and comfort with virtual service delivery a plus.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
Your role will include:
- Manage a full-time, elementary caseload in a school setting.
- Develop and implement IEPs in coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
- Deliver direct therapy and provide teletherapy services as needed.
- Document progress and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Engage with students, families, and staff professionals for holistic support.
