Qualifications & Experience:
- Actively enrolled in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for Speech-Language Pathology
- Hold a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited institution
- Eligibility for appropriate state licensure or certification
- Solid foundational knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech therapy
- Clear, professional communication and documentation skills
- Capability to adapt to a collaborative, multidisciplinary school setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to a diverse student population PreK-12, as outlined in IEPs
- Assess and diagnose communication disorders, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff
- Maintain thorough, accurate records documenting progress and communication with stakeholders
- Contribute positively to the school community by fostering an inclusive and supportive environment
