Key Qualifications:
- Enrolled in or beginning the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for speech-language pathology
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field
- Eligible for, or in process of obtaining, state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Eagerness to work with elementary through high school students
- Adaptability in a dynamic school environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input on student needs
- Receive direct supervision and mentorship from an experienced SLP provided by ProCare Therapy
