Soliant is seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP CF) to join a supportive school district in Ocala, FL, for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time, school-based contract opportunity working with an elementary school caseload.

- Mentorship and supervision provided for Clinical Fellowship Year

- Competitive Pay: $40+ an hour, depending on experience
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program required
- Active Florida Provisional Speech-Language Pathologist License (or eligibility to obtain)
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
- Must be eligible to complete supervise clinical fellowship in Florida
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with IEPs, evaluations, and assessments preferred but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
