Qualifications and Experience:
- Active or in-progress SLP license, with either CFY or CCC credentials
- Previous background working with school-aged populations, especially grades 9-12
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for collaborating with students, staff, and families
- Ability to develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Familiarity with assessment tools for speech, language, and literacy
- Organizational skills to balance caseload and documentation requirements

- Conduct assessments and provide targeted speech and language therapy for students in 12th grade and across other levels as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to monitor progress and adjust interventions
- Maintain detailed progress notes and participate in IEP meetings

- Stay current with best practices and continuing education in school-based therapy
