Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or pending state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligibility for either SLP-CFY or SLP-CCC credentials
- Experience or interest in working with high school students, especially at the 12th grade level
- Solid communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt therapy strategies to individual student needs
- Comfortable with IEP documentation and collaborating in a multidisciplinary setting

- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure cohesive support
- Document progress, manage records, and provide timely updates for student files
