12th Grade Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist in Jewett City, CT

Ideal Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligible for or current SLP license
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) and SLP-CCC applicants
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Experience working with secondary/high school students preferred, but not required
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and individualized student care
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging speech-language therapy to high school students (up to 12th grade), focusing on a wide range of communication needs
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation and progress reports
- Support students’ academic and social achievement through innovative intervention techniques
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to team discussions
