Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Oak Park, IL

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Hold a valid SLP license for the state of Illinois
- Possess PEL (Professional Educator License) Certification
- CCC-SLP certification preferred
- Proven experience working in pediatric, healthcare, or school settings (K-12)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage diverse student populations
- Organized, flexible, and able to manage caseloads efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy to students in grades 3 through 12, both individually and in small groups
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments and write detailed, tailored reports
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to design and adjust individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student progress and relevant communications
- Participate actively in team meetings and professional development sessions
