Speech Language Pathologist in Buda, TX

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong assessment, therapy planning, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt services to both middle/high school caseloads and elementary evaluation needs
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and ability to build rapport with students and staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver SLP therapy services to a diverse middle and high school population
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for elementary students, collaborating with multidisciplinary staff
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
- Consult with families, educators, and professionals for student support
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student success
