Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in the state
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous experience working in school settings is highly preferred
- Ability to effectively manage diverse caseloads, including middle, high, and elementary grades for evaluations
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in middle and high school
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for elementary students as needed
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals based on evaluation outcomes and student needs
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success and engagement
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
