Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Texas (SLP-CCC).
- Strong background in school-based speech-language services.
- Experience supervising SLPAs is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of evaluation procedures and ARD meeting facilitation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with staff and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision to assigned SLPAs, ensuring quality standards and support.
- Complete comprehensive speech-language evaluations as required.
- Lead and facilitate Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings for students.
- Serve as a collaborative resource and leader in campus speech-language programs.
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with district and state guidelines.
- No direct therapy sessions required, allowing you to focus on consultation and evaluation.
