What You Bring:
- Active SLP license in Texas; Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous experience in school-based settings, especially with primary and elementary age groups
- Ability to supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA)
- Strong skills in conducting comprehensive speech-language evaluations
- Expertise in facilitating ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings
- Exceptional organization, communication, and interpersonal abilities
What You’ll Do:
- Provide leadership and direct supervision to assigned SLPAs, ensuring quality service delivery
- Perform thorough speech-language assessments and evaluations for students as needed
- Facilitate and participate in ARD meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support student needs
- Support multiple on-site primary and elementary campuses, offering expertise across varied student populations
- Focus exclusively on evaluation and ARD responsibilities—no therapy delivery required in this position
- Maintain timely documentation in compliance with district and legal standards
