Step into a rewarding role supporting students’ success as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist serving middle and high schoolers, with opportunities to conduct evaluations for elementary students. This full-time, contract position offers a dynamic weekly schedule of 37.5 hours, allowing you to work closely with a diverse caseload in a collaborative, educational environment.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Active state licensure as required for practice
  • Experience providing therapy within school settings preferred
  • Confidence managing a middle/high school caseload and conducting elementary evaluations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to create inclusive, respectful, and progress-oriented learning spaces

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students in grades 6–12
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for elementary-aged children
  • Develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) that address student needs
  • Collaborate regularly with teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Maintain accurate treatment records and progress notes per district and state guidelines
  • Educate staff and caregivers on support strategies and student goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional expertise to team discussions
