Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP - CCC)
- Active state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience or strong interest working with adolescents in educational settings
- Skilled in conducting speech and language assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering direct therapy
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to middle and high school caseload students
- Conduct elementary evaluations as needed, interpreting assessment results to develop targeted recommendations
- Develop, monitor, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation of interventions, progress notes, and required compliance records
- Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and student support initiatives
This is a full-time, onsite position totaling 37.5 hours per week, providing stability and the chance to build meaningful relationships within the school community.
