What we’re looking for:
- Active Texas State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC required)
- Previous school-based SLP experience (required)
- Skilled working across elementary or secondary educational levels
- A plus: experience in early childhood center or self-contained settings
- Enthusiasm for working on-site across multiple campus locations
- Ability to collaborate with school staff and contribute positively to campus culture
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language pathology services to students per IEPs
- Conduct evaluations, interpret results, and lead eligibility meetings
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans targeting communication/social skills
- Provide consultation to teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Complete required documentation promptly and efficiently
- Support students in both general and special education settings; experiences with self-contained classrooms are beneficial
- Primary placements span elementary and secondary levels, with some campus sharing
This full-time position (35 hours/week, 4-5 days per week) offers the chance for experienced SLP-CCCs to contribute within a supportive, multi-campus school framework, creating real impact in student communication outcomes.
