Speech Language Pathologist in Buda, TX

Qualifications and Experience:
- Current license and certification as a Speech Language Pathologist with CCC required
- Strong experience working with school-aged children in educational settings
- Knowledgeable in providing speech and language therapy services for grades PK–12
- Ability to organize and manage duties across 1–2 campuses assigned by preference and strengths
- Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative SLP services to students on an assigned caseload
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement individualized interventions
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success
- Monitor student progress and maintain detailed, timely records
- Contribute to IEP meetings, help develop goals, and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Support educational and social-emotional growth of students across PK, elementary, middle, high school, and 18+ programs
