Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure (Texas)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Demonstrated success in school-based settings; experience with self-contained classrooms preferred
- Previous work with early childhood centers a major plus
- Flexibility to serve multiple campuses and adapt to varying student needs
- Clear, effective communication and strong collaboration skills
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary or secondary students
- Support students across two campus assignments (one elementary, one secondary)
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Conduct assessments, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with state requirements
