Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Current Texas State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC required)
- School-based SLP experience (elementary and/or secondary levels)
- Willingness and ability to work across multiple campus locations; potential self-contained classroom support may be required
- Experience in early childhood center settings is highly preferred
- No teacher/educator credential required
- Commitment to onsite work—this is an in-person position only
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services for K-12 students, meeting a diverse range of needs
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in accordance with IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive learning environments
- Manage documentation and maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local guidelines
- Serve students at one elementary and one secondary campus (some campus splitting required)
