Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain one prior to the start date.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in a pediatric or school environment is valued.
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to adapt interventions and materials for diverse learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with a variety of speech and language needs.
- Provide direct therapy services that are evidence-based and engaging.
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and support staff.
- Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings.
