Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- School-based SLP experience preferred, though not mandatory
- Ability to independently manage a caseload of individual sessions
Responsibilities:
- Conduct three individual therapy sessions per week, per assignment requirements
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans targeting students’ communication goals
- Collaborate effectively with school staff, parents, and other professionals
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in line with school and state guidelines
- Participate in student progress reviews and IEP meetings as needed
