Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility)
- Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and responsive to student needs
- Ability to conduct three one-on-one sessions per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct individual therapy to students as outlined in their IEPs
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student goals
- Adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessment and student progress
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical standards
- Communicate effectively with families and stakeholders
