Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage individual student progress
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct three individual speech therapy sessions per week with assigned students
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs and goals
- Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress, and parent/teacher communications
- Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and families to support student success
- Use evidence-based practices to assess, treat, and monitor speech and language disorders
