Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students diagnosed with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions to foster progress toward speech and language goals
  • Monitor progress meticulously, keeping clear and detailed documentation
  • Work cross-functionally with fellow educators, healthcare professionals, and administrators
  • Involve and educate families to encourage participation in the therapy process

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience in educational or pediatric settings highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team
  • Must hold an active license issued by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
  • Master’s degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology required
