Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students diagnosed with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions to foster progress toward speech and language goals
- Monitor progress meticulously, keeping clear and detailed documentation
- Work cross-functionally with fellow educators, healthcare professionals, and administrators
- Involve and educate families to encourage participation in the therapy process
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience in educational or pediatric settings highly desirable
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team
- Must hold an active license issued by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology required
