Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Florida teaching certification and/or active FL Department of Health SLP license
- Experience as a school-based SLP is preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt to various caseloads and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and deliver therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal-setting
- Keep precise records and progress notes to document student outcomes
- Consult with teachers and families to ensure integrated, comprehensive support
- Provide intervention for students from elementary through high school, with caseloads varying by campus
- Travel between assigned sites as needed (all sites are on-site; no virtual positions available)
Start a fulfilling contract beginning August 11, 2026, and continue through May 27, 2027. You’ll work as part of a supportive educational community and gain experience across multiple school environments.
