School Speech Pathology | North Fort Myers, Florida

We're seeking passionate Speech Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC or strong Clinical Fellows) to make a positive impact during the 2026-2027 school year. This contract position offers opportunities at multiple school sites, welcoming both full-time professionals (up to 37.5 hours/week) and potentially part-time candidates.
What you’ll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Florida Department of Health (DOH) SLP license and/or valid Florida teacher certification
- Ability to complete required fingerprinting/credentialing, including potential documentation through the AHCA Clearinghouse
- Dedication to working on-site, delivering in-person therapy (telepractice not available for this role)
- Enthusiasm for serving diverse student populations; experience in educational settings is highly valued
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students; caseloads are assigned by school and can be tailored based on site needs
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate treatment outcomes with teachers, staff, and families
- Travel between assigned schools as needed (locations to be confirmed based on district assignment)
- Support a positive learning environment and foster student engagement
