Step into an impactful role supporting students’ communication growth as a Speech-Language Pathologist in vibrant learning communities across multiple schools in southwest Florida. This contract opportunity offers flexibility with both full-time (up to 37.5 hours per week) and part-time schedules available for the 2026-2027 school year, starting mid-August. Collaborate with dedicated educators and specialists while working on-site at one or more campuses—there is potential to combine locations to satisfy full-time hours.
Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Florida DOH SLP license and/or valid Florida teacher certification
- Previous experience in school settings highly preferred
- Ability to adapt caseload and service delivery to various age groups and locations
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech and language challenges
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Document and report on student outcomes in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives

- On-site only; remote/teletherapy options are not available
