Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Detroit, MI

Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid SLP Michigan licensure required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY in progress
- Experience in school and/or pediatric healthcare settings preferred
- Ability to adapt interventions for students with diverse backgrounds and needs
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students across K–8th grade
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Assess communication disorders, diagnose needs, and document progress
- Consult and support classroom staff with language-rich instructional strategies
- Foster an inclusive and engaging atmosphere for all students
