Primary responsibilities:
- Provide speech, language, and communication therapy to students in grades K–8
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment data and student needs
- Complete comprehensive assessments, screenings, and progress documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to monitor student development and transition planning
- Educate caregivers and school personnel on strategies to support carryover of skills
- Maintain compliance with school district and state guidelines for service delivery
