Qualifications & Experience:
- Active SLP license in Michigan (SLP MI credentials required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings
- Strong understanding of IEP documentation and school procedures
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and educators
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech/language therapy to K–8 students individually and in small groups
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and design effective intervention plans
- Develop and maintain accurate, timely IEPs and progress reports
- Work closely with teachers, multidisciplinary teams, and families to support student needs
- Monitor and document student growth, making adjustments to interventions as needed
