School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Brockton, Massachusetts

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence) credential
- State licensure in Massachusetts, or eligibility to obtain
- Previous experience working in a school-based setting, preferably with elementary-aged students
- Strong skills in assessment, IEP planning, and collaboration with educators and families
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
- A positive, student-centered mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Provide direct therapy services both in individual and small-group formats
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and family members to support each student
- Monitor progress, maintain thorough records, and adjust intervention strategies as needed
