Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position in Booneville, AR for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced CCC-SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) seeking a supportive educational environment and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student communication skills and academic success.
The district is actively interviewing and looking to secure candidates as quickly as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and re-evaluations
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Address speech, language, articulation, fluency, and social communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and support student success plans
Qualifications
- Active or eligible Arkansas Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- CCC-SLP preferred
- Clinical Fellows (CFYs) encouraged to apply
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
