Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - North Little Rock, AR
Step into a dynamic school-based contract position supporting students of all ages and abilities in a collaborative, compassionate educational setting near North Little Rock, AR. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll enjoy full-time hours throughout the upcoming school year, working with a diverse caseload that spans all grade levels, from kindergarten through high school. With an early August start, your workday runs from 7:30 or 8:00 am until 3:30 or 4:00 pm, offering a consistent schedule that provides both structure and flexibility.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Current or eligible Arkansas SLP license (CFYs welcome!)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
- Experience in K-12 school settings highly valued
- Comfort with pediatric, healthcare, and/or teletherapy environments
- Familiarity collaborating with SLPAs in school or healthcare settings
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students K-12
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with families and educational teams
- Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy services both directly and via teletherapy as needed
- Supervise and delegate tasks to the assigned SLPA
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings and progress reporting
