Desired Skills and Experience:
- Valid state licensure as an SLP (CCC, CFY) or SLPA
- Experience in pediatric, healthcare, or school settings—teletherapy experience is a plus
- Comfort working with K-12th grade students, adapting approaches for diverse needs and learning levels
- Ability to work independently while embracing team collaboration with educators, families, and support staff
- Clinical fellows are encouraged and welcome—mentorship and growth opportunities are available
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evaluation and therapy services tailored to individual education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
- Provide both direct and consultative speech-language services across all grade levels
- Use a variety of service delivery models, including onsite and teletherapy, to reach students effectively
- Help maintain accurate records and timely progress reports per school and state standards
- Supervise and collaborate with SLPA as part of your daily workflow
