Pediatric Speech Therapist in Little Rock, AR

A Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) will also be part of your support team, ensuring you have the resources to deliver high-quality services.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Arkansas
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience or interest in servicing pediatric caseloads across K-12, including students with differing needs
- School-based or teletherapy experience preferred
- Effective communication, collaboration, and record-keeping abilities
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students K-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with educators, parents, and support staff
- Offer guidance and supervision to an SLPA to extend your impact
