Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Sherwood, AR

Step into a dynamic school-based role supporting students across all age groups, from kindergarten through 12th grade. This full-time position begins in August and runs for the duration of the academic year, offering the rewarding opportunity to see the impact of your work from start to finish. Working on a contract basis, you’ll have set start times between 7:30-8:00am and end each day between 3:30-4:00pm, allowing for a balanced routine.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CFY supervision
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Arkansas
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in schools, healthcare, or teletherapy
- Familiarity with therapy across all grade levels, K-12
- SLPA or supervisory experience a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, provide direct and indirect therapy, and document progress for students K-12
- Develop and carry out individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff
- Supervise or coordinate with an SLPA as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and school-wide initiatives
