Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Cabot, Arkansas

Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active SLP license in Arkansas (or eligibility for licensure)
- CCC-SLP credentials or Clinical Fellow welcome
- Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP settings preferred
- Strong skills in teletherapy and traditional onsite services
- Comfortable working with all grade levels, K-12
- Collaborative with SLPAs and other support staff
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to facilitate communication and academic success
- Conduct both group and one-on-one therapy sessions in person or via teletherapy
- Monitor student progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer guidance and supervision to assigned SLPA
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support students’ goals
