Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Jacksonville, AR

You'll work closely with students across all grade levels, from kindergarten to high school seniors, supporting the development of essential communication skills.
Your day will start between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m., wrapping up by 3:30 to 4:00 p.m., providing a predictable schedule ideal for work-life balance. Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply, and you'll benefit from the support of a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). Teletherapy experience is highly valued, as is a background in both healthcare and school-based SLP roles.
Ideal candidates bring experience in:
- Delivering speech-language services in educational or healthcare environments
- Providing both in-person and teletherapy interventions
- Working with pediatric populations, especially within the K-12 age range
- Supervising or collaborating with SLPAs
- Supporting clinical fellowships or being open to mentorship
- Holding or working toward SLP-CCC credentials, or being in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized therapy plans
- Implementing direct and consultative speech-language services
- Maintaining clear documentation and progress reports
- Collaborating with educators and families to optimize student outcomes
