Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility for PA licensure)
- Experience with pediatric populations, early childhood, and elementary school-aged children
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, though strong clinical backgrounds are considered
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and intervention planning
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy to students in K–12 settings
- Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and support staff
- Engage with families to support student progress and carryover of skills
- Maintain accurate records of sessions, assessments, and student outcomes
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
