Speech Language Pathologist in Chicago, IL

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure and certification for SLP in Illinois
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Previous experience working with school-aged children (K-12) is highly desired
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Team-oriented, flexible, and committed to fostering inclusive educational environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' academic and social success
- Offer both individual and group therapy sessions, tailoring interventions to meet student needs
- Maintain accurate records and comply with state, district, and federal requirements
- Contribute to IEP meetings, progress reports, and parent conferences as needed
